Identifying Your Mediana Model

Check the model label on the back or bottom of your AED housing — the model number (A10 or A15) will be printed there. If you’re not sure, call us on 1300 729 575 and we’ll help you confirm before you order. Fitting the wrong consumables will not work and may void warranty.

When to Replace Pads & Batteries

AED pads have an expiry date printed on the packaging, and batteries should be replaced according to manufacturer guidelines. Check your device’s self-test status indicator regularly — if it shows a fault, the cause is most often expired pads or a failing battery. A non-rescue-ready AED is the same as no AED at all when it counts.

The easiest way to stay on top of this is to keep your AED on a regular servicing schedule — we check pad and battery expiry as part of every visit. Otherwise, mark the next replacement date in your calendar as soon as you receive new pads or a new battery.
